'Hong Kong Street Food | 4 Meals in 24 hrs at Cooked Food Markets'

'I set myself a challenge to have Hong Kong street food from food markets for my meals for 24 hours. So I went street food hunting, but to my surprise found that it\'s not all Cantonese street food at the cooked food markets or cooked food centres. I managed to have an international spread, all unexpectedly good, all in unexpected places.  The four markets: 1) Address: Bowrington Road Cooked Food Market (South Block)    21 Bowrington Rd, Bowrington, Hong Kong    Open 6am until 8pm  2) Electric Road Cooked Food Market    29 Electric Rd, North Point, Hong Kong    Open 6am until 8pm (This is opening times for the market. The restaurants will not be open at 6am)  3) Java Road Cooked Food Market (This is the one visited by Anthony Bourdain in no reservations (tv program). 99 Java Rd, North Point, Hong Kong Open 6am until 10.30pm (This is opening times for the whole market. The restaurants will not be open at 6am but they will be open until 10.30pm)  4) Queens street Cooked Food Market     345 Queen\'s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong     Open 10am until 10.00pm  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ It\'s been 8 years since I posted my first video on the Nigerian Kitchen Channel. Now I\'ve just relaunched.  Challenge is to complete what I started with a 6-month series in which I hope to answer these questions.  What makes Nigerian food Nigerian food? Why have certain techniques been developed? Are there techniques to make the process of some food preparation easier? Are there techniques to make the food taste even more awesome?  I\'m not a chef so I\'m looking to find answers through the process of getting in the kitchen and cooking, as well as travelling and eating in order to compare and contrast foods and cooking techniques from other cultures. Lastly, I\'m hoping to learn from all of you guys whether you are expert in Nigerian cuisine or just like eating food.  Don\'t forget to like and subscribe.
